Shipping & Delivery Policy
Hopeful Hands Press books are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. This means most books are printed and bound after your order is placed, then shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Production Time
Please allow time for printing and binding before your order ships. Production time is typically estimated at 3–5 business days for smaller orders, but production may take longer during holidays, high-volume seasons, or unexpected fulfillment delays. Upgrading the shipping method affects carrier transit time only and does not speed up printing or production.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available carrier options.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time includes both production time and carrier transit time. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing depends on the selected shipping method, destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
International Orders - Outside the USA
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly packaged, or does not arrive, please contact us within 25 days of the shipment date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and help determine whether a replacement is available. Refer to the Return Policy for more details
Delivery Restrictions
Some destinations, including PO boxes, military addresses, correctional facilities, and certain international locations, may have shipping restrictions or require specific delivery methods. Orders returned or delayed because of destination restrictions may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
